Shipping & Return Info

At Charlotte Max Designs, we want all of our clients to be thrilled with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at wecare@charlottemax.com within 14 days and pack the item in the original packaging if possible. We will credit your account for the cost of the item within 10 days of receipt of the item. Unless the item is mailed to the incorrect address or it is damaged upon receipt, shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

We take great care to ship our items as carefully as possible. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged.

All custom orders are final sale.

We're sorry but at this time, we are only shipping to locations in the United States and Canada.

CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us within 24 hours at wecare@charlottemax.com if you wish to cancel an order.

SALES TAX
No sales tax will be charged for items shipped outside the state of Texas. Texas residents will be charged the state sales tax of 8.25%.
